WHAT YOU'LL DO : As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within the Global Advantage, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights. As a SKA you will deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). In addition, you will contribute to client cases, workshops and proposals and occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions. You will contribute to project modules by preparing original analysis and provide thought partnership for proposals, client cases in regular on-site staffing and workshops. While providing local and regional leadership in covered topics and contributing to longer term case engagements, you will also act as a role model and mentor to junior colleagues, providing quality assurance and trainings. - Work with case (and proposal) teams - Partners with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge needs - Insert oneself into client projects and proposals, establishing credibility with client and Consulting teams as an expert in Market Acceleration (MAC) topic; which is about driving Go-to-Market Strategy in Emerging Markets (GTM in EM) by accelerating sales & distribution growth levers. Travel requirements to support client projects, proposals, conversation starters will be minimum 30-50% and may vary across the year - Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed documents and charts - With guidance from Knowledge Expert, delivers original analysis and insights to case team, provides thought partnership - Liaises with other specialized teams to bring out the optimal solutions to ensure that requests/projects are delivered in an optimal manner - With consultants, collects, synthesizes, analyzes case team learning & inputs into new knowledge products (case vignettes, frameworks, methodology) Work with topic/sector teams : - Builds & updates new topic/sector-related customized knowledge products - Controls Knowledge management databases consistency - Reviews knowledge products & ensures they are current & relevant and updates when appropriate - Assures proper sign-off before uploading materials into KM & contributes to sanitization - Writes abstracts & indexes projects & PA documents - Collaborates on practice area internal knowledge development - Contributes to content development around topic/sector for PA meetings & trainings YOU'RE GOOD AT : - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to dis-aggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions - Operating comfortably in a client-facing role, managing demanding internal and external clients in a positive, service-oriented way, and able to develop trust quickly, building solid, mutually respectful relationships - Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible, proactive and mature - Flexibility, patience, and an understanding of demanding, and unstructured environments where priorities evolve constantly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity, self-motivated - Exceptional process skills- exhibits strong follow- through and accountability - Strong work ethic & service-mentality - Applying topic/sector expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account - Being flexible to travel across India and emerging markets to support client projects and/or proposals YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) : - 4 - 6 years of industry experience preferred and/or 1-2+ years of consulting experience (top Tier Company) - Demonstrated expertise in sales & distribution function (preference for experience in the FMCG and Industrial Goods industry) - Bachelor/Master's degree in related field - Experience in consulting preferred - Good working knowledge of power point and spreadsheet and knowledge of basic analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI - Should be comfortable in dealing with large datasets and be comfortable with numbers - Experience in Research methodologies, designing a research, analysing, sharing & codifying results - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment YOU'LL WORK WITH : As a Senior Knowledge Analyst you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
