The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining best-in-industry relationships with key customers as a basis for driving value for Travel Retail Channel and coordinating duty-free account strategy worldwide.
- Implementing sales strategies and formulate a business plan for all customers
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Planning and organizing sales promotion activities with customers
- Partnering with Travel Retail Marketing team to customize global /tactical promotions & visibility to strengthen brand equity
- Developing and implementing strategic plans with key customers.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Preparing Annual Marketing/Promotion Calendar, New product launch, In-store brand visibility
- Performing market and competitor data analysis and timely action against competitor activities
- Meeting Shipment, depletion and Market Share objectives
The incumbent should have at least 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in sales and key account management role out of which at least 3 years in Travel Retail /Duty-Free/ HORECA in FMCG / Liquor / Luxury Products Company. The incumbent should have Solid experience in account planning & management, operational policy & procedure, merchandising knowledge and skills and financial knowledge
