Senior Key Account Manager - eCommerce Finance
Business Development :
- Leverage the existing relationship with eCommerce company & build unique E-commerce finance to consumers & sellers fulfillment experience across eCommerce market place based upon business strategy and priorities for the organization.
- Identify potential E-commerce marketplace players for tie up for :
- Financing of consumer purchases on E-commerce marketplace
- Financing to Seller's basis the inventory sold on E-commerce marketplace
- Cross-selling on their database.
- Design innovative promotions with E-commerce marketplace and ensure visibility of company. No Cost EMI Finance schemes in their print media ads.
- Maximize revenue generation from these E-commerce marketplace players.
- Drive EMI card and existing customer volumes at E-commerce marketplace players.
Relationship Management :
- Engage with E-commerce marketplace players to build and strengthen relationship
- Devise business plan for E-commerce marketplace players.
- Create customer pull for BFL EMI schemes through various mediums
- Build processes to ensure, on time service delivery to E-commerce marketplace players.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce marketplace players
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of E-commerce marketplace players are timely addressed
- Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce marketplace players
- Identify revenue leakages in system, and build processes to prevent revenue loss
Required Qualifications :
- MBA from premier institute with 5 to 6 years of experience with 1-2 year's working experience in one of the top 3 E-commerce marketplace/financial institution/Consumer Durable players in the country.
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key business partners
- Strong account management skills
- Enthusiastic, hardworking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in multi-tasking environment, yet focus on details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong Customer service orientation
- Strong inter personal skills and high persistency levels with a Go getter attitude
