Senior IT Professional - Information Security - Housing Finance (17-18 yrs)
Brief job description/Technical skill/Competencies :
- Defining and implementing Information Security Framework, Policies and Procedures
- Shall have sound knowledge on ISO 27001 standard and shall have worked on ISMS
- To ensure the implementation of robust Information Security Risk Assessments and Management process
- Managing Internal and External compliances w.r.t. NBFSI, NHB, SEBI, IRDA, etc.
- To oversee and manage all aspects of crisis management, emergency planning and business continuity/ disaster recovery
- To provide proactive professional security advice to support the business
- Supervise investigations of the incidents and prepare incident report for senior management
- Preparing and Developing comprehensive overview of organization wide security risk status
- Defining and creating Information Security Awareness program
- Sound understanding on security tools like SIEM, VAPT, DLP, etc.
- Working knowledge of IT security best practices and process
- Experienced in conducting various IT and Information Security related audits
- Should have good reporting and documentation skills using Office tools
Educational/professional qualification required :
- He/ she should be at least Graduate/ BE in Information Technology
- Good to have certifications such as ISO 27001, CISSP, etc.
Soft skills/competencies :
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team management skills are mandatory
- Ability to work well within a pressured, fast moving and complex environment
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with excellent time management
- Ability to interview, appraise and performance managing individuals
