Senior Investment Manager - VC Fund (5-10 yrs)

Role:
One of the clients, an International VC fund is looking for an Investment Manager (equivalent to VP/Principal) for leading the entire equity deal cycle.
The incumbent shall
1. Sourcing and screening suitable equity investment pipeline opportunities in the Asian region
2. Work with the Asian team to conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and equity valuations
3. Lead the entire investment process from sourcing, evaluation, financial modeling, legal documentation and deal closures, for entry, follow-on and exit transactions
4. Preparation and presentation of Investment Committee proposals
5. Post investment, portfolio monitoring and act as member of the Board of Directors/Board committees in fund's investees and in their Shareholders meetings
6. Engage with investees post investment in the value creation process
7. Interact with and occasionally provide necessary support to debt investment team
Skills/Exp. Required:
1. 5-10 yrs of experience
2. Must have excellent modeling skills
3. Must have handled deals end to end
4. High preference for a person from PE/VC/Impact fund background
5. Prefer someone having exp. in fund raising and has LP/GP contacts
6. Must be willing to travel in India & abroad
