Senior Investment Associate - FMCG/CPG/Consumer Goods Sector (4-10 yrs)
Summary: The incumbent is involved in preparation of deal materials (pitchbooks/information memorandums/financial models), financial due diligence, valuations, equity research, managing investor relations (private equity & venture capitalist) and other activities related to fund raising.
Sector Experience: FMCG, Beverages, CPG or Consumer Goods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Portfolio management and performance reporting including preparation of financial models, portfolio pitch books, presentations and reports to investors of the fund
- Involved in due diligence, market scoping and business model preparation related to fund raising/ new investments and business opportunities
- Maintain cordial relationship with the invested companies for project updates and liaison with third party consultants, financial institutions and legal firms for transactions
- Building and updating financial models and carrying out valuations
- Preparation of Financial/Business Models, assessment of financial viability, identification of Potential Investors and devising Market Entry Strategy
- Involve in business development activities by identifying opportunities and preparing pitch presentations for potential clients
Key skills:
- Excellent financial modeling & Numerical abilities
- Building complex, error free models with well-defined revenue cost driver assumptions Carrying out basic earnings sensitivity analysis
- Providing own valuation views after carrying out both relative and DCF based valuations
Education : MBA(Finance ) or a qualified CA with relevant 4- 10 Years experience
