Overall Role:
- Responsible for assisting in delivering the valuation, forecasting and reporting for logistics portfolio.
- The role will also assist the Asset Management and Development teams to provide analysis in support of new projects and major leasing transactions.
- In this role, you will also be responsible for completing financial modelling, analysis and reporting in support of ongoing strategic initiatives of the company.
Key Skills Required:
Real Estate Financial Modelling, Valuation Analysis, Proficiency in MS Office, Data Analysis, Lease and Debt Abstraction, Market Research, Client Relationship Management, Problem Solutions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Underwrite and analyse financial models for potential land acquisition opportunities and operational warehousing assets including cash flow projections, modelling for different scenarios, running sensitivities.
- Preparing reports, presentations, information memorandums in collaboration with the team for Investor.
- Assisting the team pertaining to raising construction finance, LRD and coordinating with banks and various financial institutions.
- Keep self and the team updated on the market trends by keeping a close watch of the popular mediums such as newspapers, key institutions websites and real estate databases etc.
- Provide in-depth details of recent leasing transactions in the market based on the lease agreements extracted from various databases and government websites.
- Provide support for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis and business planning.
Educational Qualification - B.Com/Finance graduate, CFA.
