Senior Internal Auditor - Big4 (1-4 yrs)

Bangalore/Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 572078

Role Description:

- Candidate will be a part of Advisory team

- Responsible for executing client engagements related to Internal Audit, Process risks, Process Compliance & reviews, SOX compliance, Standard Operating Procedures manuals & Enterprise Risk Management.

KRAs :

- Execution on Client Engagements

- Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate.

- Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.

- Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.

- Handling data analytics - Access, ACL etc.

- Preparation of reports, deliverables, status updates & audit committee presentations.

- Demonstrate ability of multi-task & manage multiple projects.

KPIs :

- Timely delivery/TAT/Timeline coherence

- Timely Reporting

- People management exposure

- Global exposure & Travel opportunity

Desired Candidate :

- CA/MBA with minimum 1-2 years of experience into Internal audit.

- Prior Big-4 firms experience preferred

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical ability and problem solving capability.

- Self-driven and result oriented

- If outstation candidates, open to relocate.
