- All statutory compliances work like ESIC, PF, Labour License, Apprentice, Insurance, and Employee
- Exchange related formality & other statutory compliances.
- Liasioning with government & local authorities.
- Handling Payroll administration & absenteeism.
- Organizing/conducting training programs for the cluster.
- Employee engagement and grievance activities.
