(Senior) Manager - HR Role and Responsibilities: This position involves strategy and execution across two important elements of Hiring and Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D). Person will be responsible for the development and management of the end to end recruitment and trainings processes, the implementation of best industry practices and functional innovations. 1. Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment and L&amp;D processes at Ashoka University. Document the processes/operations 2. Update current and design new recruiting and trainings processes 3. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and L&amp;D space, implement appropriate best practices 4. Builds a quality relationship with all the internal stakeholders (as their BP) and is their single point of contact 5. Manages the external recruitment agencies and training vendors on our panel 6. Manage recruitment lifecycle for various positions. Monitor and reduce the time-to-hire. Works towards reducing the hiring costs 7. Build and leverages personal and social networks to find quality candidates and build a rich pipeline 8. Manage and implement the learning charter, journey and calendar 9. Responsible for Campus Hiring / Intern hiring across departments Eligibility: (Education &amp; Experience) Masters/MBA in HR from Tier 1 or 2 institute, with 7 - 12 years for Senior Manager of relevant experience in the Recruitment and L&amp;D domain. Knowledge and experience of other HR processes like performance and talent management, R&amp;R, audit/ compliances, Comp &amp; Benefits, HRMS/ HRIS/ ERP etc would be a valuable add-on Skill sets required: 1. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and databases 2. Expertise in HR management &amp; information solutions and platforms 3. Professional development and trainer capacity experiences 4. Excellent verbal and written communication 5. Senior stakeholders management and strong decision-making skills 6. Excellent organizational and team management skills 7. Familiarity with social media, digital platforms and other professional networks (vendors/ talent pools/ consultants) 8.
