Senior Human Resource Manager - NGO (12-18 yrs)

- Seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader for an international grant-making organization having presence across United States, UK and India.

- The incumbent will be responsible for institutionalizing best HR practices, compensation planning to attract the best talent, capacity building and performance management for all the three offices globally.

- He/She will be part of the senior management team, deliver a high quality, responsive human resource management function that meets the current and future needs of the organization, and in line with labour law requirements. The individual will focus on the following :

- Human resources policy

- Compensation and benefits

- Performance management systems

- Recruitment, induction and orientation

- Learning and Development

- Minimum twelve plus years of relevant experience, with at least five years at a management level in an HR function in organizations with an international affiliation, or lineage. The incumbent should have excellent leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills with exposure of working in a multicultural environment.

- He/She should have demonstrated experience in implementing HR policies and procedures, international recruitment and strengthening compensation and benefits and performance management policies and processes.

The position will be based in New Delhi.
