Senior HR Role - Talent Management & Organization Development/PMS - Financial Services (6-12 yrs)
We are Currently exploring an Individual professional for the role into Talent management, Organizational Development, PMS and Employee Engagement role with one of leading Financial Services.
Location : Mumbai
- Identify leadership development needs at the organizational, functional and individual level and design programs and interventions to address these.
- Implement global training and OD programs for the region, working through the matrix managers and business stakeholders
- Design and implement leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Training programs, Cross functional roles, project based roles and Subject Matter Experts to suit needs at various levels.
