Role : Sr. HR/Resource Manager

Time : 2.00 PM - 11.00 PM IST

- We are looking for a Sr. HR/Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes and recruiting efforts for domestic (India) market.

Responsibilities :

- Must have minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment

- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Responsible for hiring and building a team aligned with the overall business strategy

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, Campus recruitment, etc.

- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft and Cloud technologies preferred.

- Strong communications and inter-personnel skills

Requirements :

- Proven working experience as HR Manager and Resource Manager

- People oriented and results driven

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
