The Incumbent should be MBA or equivalent qualification from IIM's / XLRI / TISS / SIMB / SCMHRD / MDI with atleast 10 years of post MBA experience in Recruitment including Factory Recruitment, HR Policy formation, Performance Apprisal, Management Development & Training, HRIS and Employee troubleshooting in a large MNC Company in the manufacturing, sector.
- The incumbent will be based at the Head Office and will look after the HR Transformation of more than 24 Factories spread all over India.
- The job will require skills in Recruitment, HR Policy Formulations
- Standardization of HR Systems across factories in a brownfield environment
- This is a Senior Management position which reports to the Top Management.
