- Someone who has extensive experience in talent acquisition of at least 4+ years in both IT & non-IT

- Someone who has experience of leading a team & ability to influence them.

- Someone who has great communication skills and has worked on leadership hiring earlier.

- Someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment & wants to grow exponentially.

- Someone who is good in negotiating with candidates & can also maintain relations with external vendors for recruitment.

- Someone who can co-ordinate with teams internally and allocate budgets pertaining to respective positions across departments & hierarchies.
