Desired Skills: - The person should have strong experience in leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition functions across levels including Leadership level hiring either for Real Estate / Retail / Lifestyle / Media / Hospitality. - Should have knack of dealing with Senior Internal Stakeholders and CXO level candidates. - Should be capable enough to take the decisions on his/her own keeping the organization's guidelines in mind. Role Overview (Indicative Only) : Talent Acquisition: - Prepare, monitor and control annual manpower plan and budgets based on business forecast. - Handling end-to-end recruitment process across levels and functions including Leadership level hiring as per the need of the business. - Ensuring organizational hiring needs are met within planned TAT, Cost and Quality. - MIS management to measure efficiency and effectiveness of hiring process. - Certified user of Interview assessment tools like SHL-OPQ and Thomas profiling to encourage competency/skill based hiring. Generalist Responsibilities : - Managing and meeting stakeholders expectation and Internal Service Level Agreements. - Ensuring seamless on-boarding experience of selected candidates, briefing new joiners on policies, processes, culture tenets, downloading of Corporate BSC, Functional BSC and ensuring their Goals / KRA's are discuss and agreed upon and there is a clear understanding and acceptance on deliverables. - Managing Mid-year and Annual appraisal cycle, conducting workshops for all employees to download the procedure of conducting the appraisal cycle, being part of selective appraisal meeting and ensure a fair closure to it. Manage grievances thereon if any. - SPOC for Internal HR Audit in relation to business risk mitigation plans.
