Senior HR Manager - Organization Development & Transformation - Conglomerate (10-12 yrs)
DGM/Sr HR Manager- OD and Transformation (Group Corporate) for a very large, renowned and international business conglomerate to spearhead transformation and OD agenda across the group companies. MBA - HR with around10 years of experience of working with renowned organizations in OD and transformation role and exposure to HR excellence framework may respond urgently for this role. This is a high impact role which will work with senior leadership of the group.
Key Responsibilities :
- Help devise Group Transformation agenda and plan
- Plan and implement OD interventions aimed at achieving specific goals
- Help in devising HR excellent plan and roadmap in line with group HR direction
- Benchmark HR best practices wherever required
- Develop framework and implementation plan
- Present to the stakeholders and get buy in
- Identify and freeze implementation partners wherever required
- Drive the implementation across various group companies
