Senior Manager - Organization Development Industry - Fintech Location - Hyderabad About client: Our client is a leading Information Technology and services company (Fintech) in India with a global presence. They are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for Senior Manager Organization Development. The role will involve an extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders. Role: - Design and deliver OD, change management strategies and interventions that further the firms goal as a high performing organization - Support specific performance improvement initiatives including critically analyzing current programs, establishing best-practice processes, a 360-degree feedback process - Help design the firms approach to talent development and succession planning - Oversee all operational aspects involved in OD and Training - Support other firm wide initiatives as focused on building a culture of high performance, diversity, and inclusivity - Prepare materials that focus on employee development including coaching, mentoring, bespoke training needs Requisites: - 8+ years of experience in organization development with experience in training strongly preferred. - Extensive experience in building OD strategies from scratch and restructuring of OD for multiple overseas geographies is must. - Should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. - This individual must be an assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills. - Strong communication skills and a critical thinking mind is essential.
