Senior HR Manager - Industrial Relations - Automobile (12-22 yrs)

Industrial Relation : 

- Meetings with Works Committee/Union Leaders

- Domestic enquiries, Discipline Management & Grievance Handling.

Revision/Bonus/Incentives : 

- Representing management in court hearings for settlement of labour disputes and maintaining cordial relationswith Labour Commissioner / Labour Officials.

- Attending to all disciplinary, conciliation & adjudication proceedings & implementation of Industrial/ Arbitration awards.

- Successful handling of strike & lock out situation & other industrial disputes for early restoration of production operations.

- Successfully handled an completed the 4 Settlement.

- Contract Union affiliated with BMS and arrived with one settlement at initial phase.

- Handled strike during the settlement proceeding.

- Grievance Handling

- Related to Payroll, Increment, overtime, and other Labour problems

Time Office Functions : 

- Salary and Wages administration includes salary advice

- Co coordinating in Pay Roll Compensation, attendance & maintaining the Leave record of the employee

- Managing the time office

- Prepare HR reports and presentations like Manpower reports, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism

- Reports of on Roll and Off Roll Employees etc.

- Preparation of MIS

- Off Roll Manpower Management, this includes framing of contracts with a legal perspective and verification of wage bills etc

- Liasioning

- Believe in proactive IR rather then reactive

- Supervision of statutory Compliances under various Industrial Laws. i.e. PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, And Factories Act etc.

- Handled Strike along with liasioning with govt official, political parties, local authority

- Implementation of IR processes and Practices viz. Employee Benefit Schemes such as PF, Superannuation, Medic aim Policy, Gratuity, ESI, & Bonus etc.(maintaining all legal statutory compliances.

- Liasioning with local panchyat bodies/members, political parties, govt officials
