Job Description : Senior-HR Operation
Position Overview:
The Senior HR role is responsible for establishing, developing and perpetuating the culture and DNA of our company across the organization. A hands-on role the Head HR Operations is expected to partner with his/her peer group and with the C level to engage and drive best practices within the group. The role also involves:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development including policy/practices, employee engagement, training, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
Manage and develop direct reporting team
Liaise with internal stakeholders so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Reporting Structure - The role reports to the Head of HR
Pre-Requisites:
5+ years of overall experience with at least 3 in non-hr role.
Good understanding of statutory requirements for global HR function and strong operations orientation
Advanced level of experience in managing data and tools.
Strong process orientation with ability to identify gaps, define process and track performance
Ability to manage high performance managers is critical
