Senior HR Manager - Digital Agency (7-10 yrs)

I am hiring for a leading Digital Agency for the role of Sr. HR Manager

Location - Delhi, Saket

The role will entail creating a performance-driven culture that continuously creates business impact. The person should focus on Capability Building, Organizational Culture, Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition for our super-exciting leap of Pan-India growth. One will be expected to reshape organizational design and rewards structure to reflect the dynamics of a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

- Partnering with the business leaders/stakeholders to have greater return on organizational investment and optimization of business opportunities.

- Cost optimization through robust compensation management process

- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

- Building a strong employer brand and promoting the ethos of the company

- Compensation Benchmarking, Salary fitment and Salary Forecasting

- Designing and implementing the performance management process to foster a performance focused environment

- Strategizing and executing the organization learning and development program.

- Organization change and transformation management.

- Implementation of HR policies and procedures and follow-ups for their adherence.

- Preparation of HR budgets related to new recruits, training and other employee welfare activities.

- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements -

- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably from an Advertising and Marketing background

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven track record in a fast-growth environment - building and scaling HR function

- Strong decision making skills and problem solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to details

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
