Job Description Head Human resources Position Title : Senior Manager Human Resources Qualification : Degree in Human Resource essential, MBA Preferred&nbsp; Experience : 10 - 15 years of tenure in Human Resources as a Senior Manager / Manager with significant hands on experience in &nbsp;- People engagement and employee relations experience in a Contact Centre & BPO environment - High volume recruitment - Management of legal matters&nbsp; - Management of Statutory and Compliance activities as per local Labour Law Essential Functions 1. As a Management Team:&nbsp; - Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of companies policies, procedures and practices along with remuneration recommendations and improvements.&nbsp; - Manage employee relation and performance issues - Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.&nbsp; - Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.&nbsp; - Anticipate and resolve litigation risks and consult with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters.&nbsp; - Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR and Information Management System (IMS : QMS &amp; ISMS) requirements&nbsp; - Communicate changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensure that proper compliance is followed.&nbsp; - Maintain responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.&nbsp; - Drive cultural change through communications and initiatives providing recommendations &nbsp;2. As a Senior HR Manager:&nbsp; - Identify needs and ensure employee training and development initiatives are delivered&nbsp; -&nbsp;In line with the group culture deliver strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.&nbsp; - Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.&nbsp; - Ensure exit interviews are carried out to determine reasons behind separations.&nbsp; - Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions&nbsp; - Promote and drive diversity and inclusion throughout the business ensuring progress is tracked and measured&nbsp; - Manage internal communication projects&nbsp; - Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements&nbsp; - Develop and maintain a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information need, providing regular and ad-hoc management information&nbsp; - Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates&nbsp; - Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems&nbsp; - Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.&nbsp; - Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics and implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations&nbsp; Experience and personal skills required:&nbsp; - Degree-level qualification in HR (or Business Management with a strong emphasis on HR) or equivalent, Master Degree in HR will be an advantage.&nbsp; - Proven experience in HR-related management; preferably within a Contact Centre or BPO environment with international exposure UK preferably.&nbsp; - Experience in a key HR leadership role working directly with executive/senior level with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.&nbsp; - Thorough and up to date knowledge of Indian employment legislation and compliance.&nbsp; - Experienced in the interpretation of an extensive variety of technical and business information to define problems, establish facts, collate data and draw valid conclusions.&nbsp; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to manage internal communications effectively.&nbsp; - Excellent presentation skills and good listening skill. Ability to grasp, relate and quickly respond.&nbsp; - Pro-active and commercially focused.&nbsp; - Strong people management skills and experience of developing and managing teams.&nbsp; - Computer Proficiency MS Office
