Senior HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Insurance/Education/FMCG/Infra

- Work with the VP - Human Resources to design and execute the Performance Management, C&B, & HR Automation strategy for the organization

- Driving and influencing key HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Automation)

Working relations include interactions with :

- Senior Management Team members - To discuss on HR issues, clarify on queries

Payroll team - For payroll inputs and related queries

C&B team - To drive PMS, Appraisal and Increment cycles
