Senior HR Manager - Change Management/HR Digitization & Transformation - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and People Transformation initiatives aligned with the overall strategy

- Lead and drive Talent Management & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture, People Transformation

- Manage People Cycle : Performance evaluation, Engagement, Competencies appraisal

- Support future and current business needs through the development, engagement and motivation

- Create a scalable HR org, systems & processes for enabling aggressive business expansion objectives - Compensation & Benefits, Statutory compliance, Payroll management, recruitment planning, etc

- Act as the Lead for all facets of the HR transformation and pull people together to make decisions throughout the project

- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders - inside and outside of the department - working closely with wider functional, regional and business line teams, building strong relationships, ensuring consensus and effectively influencing outcomes

- Support a positive work culture within the HR Transformation function based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity

Knowledge of and experience in one or more of these areas:

- Experience in change management (i.e. managing people and organizational risks and changes that may occur as a result of implementing transformation projects/ programs)

- Experience in design, including understanding and ideally experience of the application of Design Thinking methods

Essential Skills :

- Full time MBA/Equivalent from a premier institute

- 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience (Post MBA/ Equivalent) in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations.

- Experience in HR Technology Projects

- Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in business presentations

- Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business

- Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships

- Able to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals

- Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
