Senior HR Generalist - Tech Vertical

Responsibilities :

Develop training and development programs and assist in performance management processes

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Handle end - end recruitment and employees.

Requirements

Experience in Tech Hiring

Experience keeping tech talent engaged, across geographies

Knowledge of overall HR processes

have built the HR processes ground up for other product startups over the last decade

lead employer branding initiatives

coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria

have hired and built technology teams in a few product startups

have access to networks of the right talent pool

have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

(8 - 10) + years of experience
