We have the following requirement - Mnc for Shared Services/ Kpo for Pune

MBA HR from Tier I/II HR Institutes with 9+ years experience in HR

Responsibilities

- Understand and support business through its transformation journey via identifying people impact of business practices

Creating organisation structures; identifying roles at each levels and reviewing internal capability fitment of existing talent

Internal capability assessment, as per transformation needs of business

Support deployment of leadership development activities post 9box implementation

- Bring in an outside in perspective, via external benchmark of HR practices

Support in drive the People Agenda for the site - review project plan and support closure of PA, C&B, EES, Training nominations, 9 box for GMs, career development, People development

Play a partner role in process level business initiatives - design, deploy and communication plans

Support the Communication cascade / change champion for the transformation vision of the function

Support the evolution of the HR team by participating / leading initiatives affecting the entire team.
