They have ambitious growth plans and are currently looking at professionals to be part of the senior managment in the HR team.


Ideal prospect has to be from reputed/premier Instittues with 8-12 years of post qualification experience in Talent Mangement, Learning & Development, driving campus programs and lead teams in the respective verticals.
MBA from Premier Institutes is must and experience in large MNCS working with multiple stake holders and exposure to engineering services/technologyservicesIndustry will be an added advantage.

In a nutshell...KRAs would include...

- HR Business Partnering/ Talent Management:

- Manpower planning, budgeting, key hiring for the business

- Align talent strategy to business to execute solutions related to employee engagement, talent acquisition, technology usage, change management, engagement, and retention

- Assess, report, and deliver critical data related to talent management processes to key leaders and stakeholders across the business

- Develop and execute a formal and transparent process that enables employees to build and develop their careers

Learning & Development :

- Transform and lead employee development processes by creating and executing organizational skill, competency, behavior and experience related learning programs

- Analyze the effectiveness of these training programs, taking countermeasures to improvise
