RESPONSIBILITY OF SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNERS:

- The HR business partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

- The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

- The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent.

- The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.

- Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.

- The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

SENIOR HRBP

GOAL: to be among the top 100 best places to work in India by the end of 2020 & Create a high performing culture

1. Improve Managerial effectiveness

KPI:

Minimum manager effectiveness score of 70%

- Partner on effective action planning per manager

- HR connects and pulse check

- Drive manager engagement and commitment

2. Improve Employee Engagement and culture transformation

KPI:

- Minimum employee engagement of 75%

- Voluntary retention at 90%

- 95% of all hires to stay minimum of 12+ months

- Ideate and drive initiatives in partnership with HR leaders

3. Partner with the HR Leadership on career pathing- 90%

- Defining competencies

- Roll-out and adoption

4. Drive projects successfully:

- 100% OKR adoption and sustenance

- Implementation of an HRIS and drive 100% adoption

- IJP & Global mobility

- HR reporting - Absence rate, Benefits satisfaction, Employee productivity rate, Employee satisfaction index, Employee engagement index, Employee innovation index, Internal promotion rate,

Net Promoter Score, Percentage of cost of the workforce, Quality of hire, Turnover rate, Involuntary turnover rate, Voluntary turnover rate, Unwanted turnover rate, 90-day quit rate

- HR Operations excellence

- 100% on labor compliance

- Benchmarking studies and implementation
