Detailed Role:
- Operate as a trusted advisor and HR Leader providing support to the organisations in all areas of people management.
- Partners with stakeholders on organisational effectiveness by evaluating options, studying resources and ensuring optimal utilisation, assessing employee climate, morale and effectiveness and developing plans to improve these areas.
- Plays many roles successfully - able to flex skill and experience to suit a wide variety of business needs, able to navigate ambiguity and complexity: advises, coaches and guides Leaders on organisational design, change management, performance management, talent management, and leadership development
- Support Talent acquisition team from outside, as a key stakeholder, monitor timely closures
- Partners with Leadership on establishing a performance driven culture and business rhythm across the enterprise to support an environment of transparency and accountability, where Brilliant Teams and performance are the expected norms
- Demonstrates credibility by understanding the business and anticipate likely obstacles to implementing business change
- Identifying trends based on available data to develop actions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, driving lower attrition rates across the enterprise
Required Profile -
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a mid to large setup as an HR generalist or Business Partner.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
