Exp: 12 - 17 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- As a key member of HR Business Partnering team, own and proactively drive the People agenda for the unit assigned.
- Consult with the leaders on organizational initiatives that ensure alignment between management and employees.
- Be an advocate for all employees and the organization's culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc).
- Provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, etc.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive guidance needs.
Desired Profile:
- 6 to 10 years of relevant HRBP experience.
- Strong business partner, solution-oriented with an ability to influence business leaders.
- Result oriented go-getter.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Hard working and excellent follow-through/up skills.
- Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and agile pace of working.
