- Hands on experience in Conceptualise and drive HR strategy aligned to Business Strategy.
- Contributed in Strategic Plan and AOP through effective workforce planning.
- Complete Blue Print for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Activities for the organization including Manpower Planning & assisting the Business Head on Manpower Deployment Issues.
- Performance management - Setting Key Objectives -Smart goals identification, Performance planning. Performance progress, performance review and Succession Planning.
- Partner with Business Leaders to drive performance and plan talent pipeline for their functions
