Senior HR Business Partner - FMCG - XL/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD/SIBM (6-8 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for an Sr. HR Business Partner for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.
Post Grad in HR / PGDHRM from XL/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD/SIBM with 6-8 years of work experience in the areas of Talent Mgmt., HR Transformation, Strategy etc. in an FMCG / ecomm of repute is mandatory.
The KRA's :
- Anchor organization design, people cost and employee productivity for sales, Finance and supply chain functions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop workforce plans that support the organizations growth plans.
- Manage talent acquisition for middle and senior management through lateral hiring basis current and future capability requirements.
- Anchor the flagship campus programs on MBA and Engineering campuses
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies that drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR policies and procedures including employee relations issues
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, including digitization initiatives, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
