Job Description :


- Define the compensation philosophy within the organization to tie-in with the performance management system

- Supervise job analysis and evaluation, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.

- Prepare salary, wages and benefits budgets and proposals and oversee implementation

- Administers and helps in developing salary programs to ensure equitable and competitive salaries for all employees. Programs may include base pay administration, incentive/commission plans, salary range structures, bonus/award plans, and executive compensation.

- Oversees participation in benchmark surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information as it relates to our salary competitiveness, job grades and range structures.

- Ensures that compensation, classification and benefits programs are achieving business objectives, improving company performance, and rewarding and recognizing individual and team contributions.

- Provides counsel to line managers and helps BU-HR in interactions with on compensation and benefits-related issues such as salary adjustments, internal policies and guidelines, impact of legislation changes, etc. Recommends corrective action where necessary.

- Stays abreast of existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration, recommending appropriate course of action.

- Administers all employee health, welfare, retirement and wellness benefits programs.

- Formulate relevant, HR policies

- Create HR policies for and employee manuals for offsite employees

- Re-evaluate the existing policies to see if it aligns with the current business requirements

- Formulate policies that are in-line with accepted industry norms and practices

- Benchmark and update industry best practices

- Review the set SLAs on a frequent basis

- Define Lead Time Agreements with all other support and Operations team

- Re-engineer / automate processes so as to ensure ease in work flow

- Good knowledge of Labour laws and statutory compliance procedures

- Maturity to work under minimal supervision

- Possess excellent time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Program designing expertise

- Excellent analytical skills

- Flexible and can adapt easily
