Job Description:  - Provides advice and assistance on strategic and routine Human Resource matters internal and external stakeholders.   - Manages Human Resource programs, policies and procedures in support of more than 800 employees.  Reports to: HR Head  - Provides guidance to management and employees of a unit, region on HR strategies, policies, and programs. Collaborates with other HR groups in addressing Human Resource issues.  - Administers human resources programs, policies and procedures including but not limited to: employment, compensation, benefits, affirmative action, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, performance management, organizational development, HRIS, recruitment support and relocation.  - Advises and coaches managers on the performance review process; communicates base and incentive guidelines and provides managers guidance. Provides guidance to managers on providing effective feedback on employee performance. Facilitates discussions regarding feedback.  - Evaluates issues and trends that may suggest existing or emerging HR needs. Collaborates with business leaders in support of workforce planning requirements and leads planning reviews; manages a process to identify high potentials annually; implements and monitors succession planning; evaluates, revises and updates workforce plans to ensure alignment with needs.  - Counsels business leaders and staff on employee relations issues. Investigates, addresses and resolves conflicts and provides feedback on grievances, discipline and discrimination issues.  - Manages the termination process, analyzes separation data for trends and addresses identified issues.  - Designs and facilitates training on HR related topics. Leads or participates in HR projects, or program development activities.  - May supervise others and manage an HR budget. May assist in proposal efforts to address HR policies & procedures.  Requirements :  Education: Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.  Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience.  - Job requires occasional overnight travel and managing multiple and often conflicting priorities, often under deadlines.
