Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure staffing requirements are met
- Partner with internal teams on various HR agenda for vertical assigned
- Design key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress and influence future direction
- Drive employee engagement agendas for your business vertical
- Act as a subject matter expert and lead a team of experienced Talent Advisors
- Plan and successfully deliver annual HR processes related to Performance Management, Talent Review Planning, Increment and Progression cycle, ensuring the needs of the business are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Conceptualize & design Online Talent Assessment process to foster identification and engagement of key talent
- Spearhead Talent Development agenda by designing Career Development Action plans for key talent and partnering with L&D to design and deliver training interventions towards emerging talent development needs
- Determine the Succession plan for critical roles to enable leaders to identify talent gaps and create a hiring strategy (external versus internal hiring), as well as a targeted strategy to enhance readiness of successors.
- Build an effective Leadership pipeline through robust Development Programs with high coverage and impact.
- Mentor and develop internal talent to ensure their success in a constantly changing environment
- Facilitates development of change plans and implementation of business transformational initiatives.
- Analyzes how change can be supported and sustained through redesigned HR strategies, programs, practices, policies, and processes.
- Participate in the Local councils/ Committees
- Collaborate with the business leadership team on the design and implementation of key HR Strategies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Full-time MBA
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly
- Structured, process driven and comfortable with metrics
- Ability to prioritize work, Multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- Strong mix of strategic and operational HR experience
- Should be up to date with all the latest innovation happening in the talent acquisition space and comfortable with new trends in technology
- Strong understanding of business function, financials and strategic outcomes
- Proven experience of delivering HR agenda in line with business and people priorities
- Networking and influencing skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Experience in handling high Headcount
- Familiarity with Assessment Centres
- 10-20 years of relevant experience
