Senior HR Business Partner - BFS/IT/Pharma - IIM/XIMB/XLRI/TISS

Requirements :

- Premier Institute Full time MBA

- 12-15 years experience

- Ideally drawing 35-40 LPA currently

Job Description :  

- Responsible for handling Pan India operations

- All zonal HRBPs will report into the role

- Will manage the entire gamut of HR for the large field team

- Must be very strong in employee relations

- Must have handled a large employee span >1000 white collar employees

- Must have been a 2nd level manager - Having handled a direct team of HR managers, who have an HR team under them

- Open to industries as long as the candidate meets the above criteria
