- Ideal candidate will be someone with relevant background in Executive search.

Job Responsibilities:

- Client Partner role instrumental in generating and executing senior level assignments.

- Handling high value and niche mandates, covering the entire life-cycle of the search process, including managing the execution and direction of research; search strategy development; position specification development; candidate development; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation; referencing and client management.

- Client handling and stakeholder Management; Maintaining healthy business relations with clients achieving delivery and service quality norms.

- Forging productive relationships to proactively identify new business opportunities from existing and new clients.

- Personally execute high value mandates.

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of assignments.

- Managing and mentoring team.
