1. Sales Forecasting and Planning
2. Responsible your territory's forecasting and sales tracking
3. Increase market share by developing new customers
4. Prepare pipeline of sales accounts
5. Take initiates like promotions, offers and discounts to achieve sales projections
6. Ensure minimum return from stores
7. Handling Team
8. Meet sales target as defined by National Sales Head.
9. Negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Zonal Sales Manager
10. Follow up with prospects for closure of sales
11. Address customer complaints and fulfill requirements within time
12. Provide after sales support to the customer
13. Ensure on time collection from customers
14. Monitor and validate costs and ensure they are within budget limits for the region
15. Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives
16. Monitor sales and related data and draw inferences to propose future course of action
17. Weekly sales report submitted to NSH.
18. Maintain documentation such as contracts, agreements, TOTs, GRNs, NRGP with customers
19. Provide timely feedback regarding performance of the dealers and distributors to the NSH.
20. Prepare and send collection reports to the National Sales Head on a periodic basis.
