Senior Group Manager - IT Risk Management - BFSI

Looking for Sr. Group Manager IT Risk Management professionals.

Required Experience is around 25 yrs. (Mandatory)

Purpose :

- Establish, lead and operate the Risk assessment program to evaluate risks across technology services.

- Create team(s) that will implement industry best practice on IT Risk management and automate IT control testing solutions.

- Responsible for building a team, working with each business to understand their unique needs and requirements, and work to align ITRM services to suit those businesses as appropriate. Maintain and expand the scope of ISO 27001.

- Lead Information security team and be the first level of escalation for any Information security incidents. Expand the coverage of Information Security services to benefit all of our businesses units including Cyber Engineering and Architecture services and Cyber Operations.

- Provide leadership to Strategy and Service management team. Promote Service culture and measure alignment to organization service strategy. Implement Service management framework for various lines of business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Risk Identification assessment and Evaluation - Identify IT Risks at Service, Application and technology level and analyze them to provide a prioritized risk register to Service leader

Risk Treatment : Work with Service leaders to develop technology risk response action plans used to mitigate risk factors identified during risk assessments.

Risk Analytics : Automate the collection, validation and analysis of data used to create technology key risk indicators (KRIs)and monitor and communicate their status to relevant stakeholders.

Control testing : Create a automated control testing solution. Supervise control testing activities to ensure controls are delivered effectively.

- Implement Cyber Security Framework

- Manage 24x7 security monitoring, cyber incident response and business continuity teams

- Provide leadership to Strategy and Administration team.
