Senior Group Manager - F&A Operations (RTR, OTC and PTP)
1. F&A operations - should have all 3 RTR, PTP and OTC
2. Stake holder management
3. Client management, Team Management, Process Management and People Development
4. Willing to travel and flexible to work in shifts
5. Transformation process improvement
6. Should have handled a team of 60 people and here in WNS will be handling a team of 80 people
7. BPM industry only
Role Summary:
- Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in F&A with third party BPM industry
- Experience in leading and spearheading F&A operations, transformation initiatives & domain understanding of RTR, PTP & OTC
- Responsible for senior stakeholder & client management and service delivery across F&A processes
- Should have managed a span of minimum 60+ FTE's across geographies
