Job Description :

- Lead High Performing teams including Managers, Developers, data scientists, and architects with a focus on Data Science, BI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Application Development, Robotics, and Deep learning

- Conceptualize new ideas into solutions and proven track record of solving identified business problems with Analytics & automation and achieving optimization in the analytics solution development & operational efficiency

- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a matrix organization, thinking out of the box and solving hard problems while navigating through ambiguity

- Manage E2E Analytics CoE Delivery while managing complex variables including Information and Data Governance, Data Management, SDLC Management, and alignment and partnership with GIS/IT teams

- Manage and evaluate Analytics COE portfolio for data & architecture and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making for COE platforms and technology selection as per alignment with Global IT, local IT, and Cross-functional teams

- Design, research, develop, analyze, and suggest new concepts as well as strategies as per the latest industry trends

- Deliver Rapid Prototypes, Experiments, Hypothesis Testing, and Adhoc Analysis for data-driven decision making

- Provide technical leadership to different Center of Excellence Teams and track reporting of KPIs/Metrics with cadence

- Leading PoCs to create breakthrough technical solutions, performing exploratory and targeted data analyses

- Contribute and influence the strategic direction of senior leadership using informal and formal communication.

- Manage and attain customer expectations and ensure high-quality delivery fulfills expectations.

- Managing Stakeholder's expectations across different Business Functions and prioritizing the business needs

Profile :

- Minimum 18+ years and Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience

- Master's Degree: Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/MBA (Systems & operations) - M. Tech / Ph.D. from leading institutes

- Must have led an AI/Innovation and Architecture team in building and delivering solutions for Supply Chain/ Manufacturing/Operations or semiconductor Industry. Experience in identifying & defining technical problem statements

- Hands-On experience in Building and Managing CoE and D&A Governance. Managing Data Science, AI & ML Use Cases with strong expertise in Statistics, Machine Learning algorithms. Tool Expertise: Python, R, Tensor flow, CNTK

- Strong working knowledge and experience in Enterprise & Data Architecture, Database Design, Star-Schema, Profiling, Modeling, SAP HANA/SQL Server, Big Data (Hadoop) & BI and Visualization tools Power BI/Qlik Sense/Tableau

- Hands-On Working Experience on Azure Cloud. Experience in Web Apps(.NET) , Power Platform, RPA etc.

- Hands-On Experience in Managing Large Analytics Projects & CoE Teams with strong expertise in agile at scale
