Position of Sr. GM/ GM Operations Head - EWA - switches
Mission - Drive overall Production Volumes with acceptance Quality Level in line with Business Forecast and Manufacturing Excellence
Key Deliverables
1. Production Delivery (MTO/MTS) as per forecast and Plan
2. Inventory Management for Finished Good & WIP
3. Over Head Reduction and Cost Saving through Process/ Material Optimization
4. Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control as per Acceptance Level
5. Production Planning and Downtime Maintenance
6. Productivity Improvement of Workmen and Staff
Location: Baddi
Designation: Sr. GM/GM
Reporting To: Site Head
Functions that will report into : Production, Engineering, Maintenance, PPC, Quality (with Matrix)
No of Employees: Staff: 80, Workmen: 1200
Experience: 18 - 22 yrs
