Senior General Manager - R&D - API

- The role is with a fast growing Indian Pharmaceutical dealing with Hormonal API products

- The role is responsible for leading the API R&D function with a team strength of 25 individuals

The candidate is expected to lead the below objectives :

- Active participation in R&D related activities

- Technical expertise on DMFs, costing, new projects, etc

- Understanding of the R&D aspects for other functions like - Quality, Engineering, etc

- Leadership and techno-commercial approach

- The candidate must have be a Phd holder from a well reputed institute

- The candidate must have an experience with hormonal API products

- He/She should have managed large teams in the past

- He/She should have demonstrated success at delivering on the R&D objectives and leading from the front

- He/She must be able to adopt the best practices from the industry and focus on the development of the patch
