Responsibilities :

- Responsible for strengthening Cyber Security backbone, proactively identifying potential Cyber Risks and ensuring secure Governance posture

- Aligning Business Objective with Information Security Objectives to meet the management goal

- Well versed with various laws and regulatory requirement pertaining to Cyber Security

- Developing strategies to handle security incidents and trigger investigations

- Hands-on experience in Cyber Security - Strategy & Transformation, Resilience and Crisis Management and IT Risk Advisory etc.

- Hands-on experience of Information/ Cyber Security Management System end-to-end implementation and management

- Hands-on experience of Information/ Cyber Security Risk Assessment and Management, Third Party Risk Management

- Well-versed with Information/ Cyber Security Policies and Procedure Documentation and Management, Auditing and Reporting

- Knowledge of various Regulatory and Statutory Information/ Cyber Security Compliances pertaining to NBFCs

- Hands-on experience on Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Management

- Well-versed with mapping various compliances with organizational business objectives

- Must be able to formulate Business Continuity Plan and carry out the Business Impact Analysis

- Sound process knowledge of IT Infrastructure covering NOC, Datacenter, Backup, Helpdesk and Application Development will be preferred

- Candidate with CISA/ CISM, PCI-DSS certification shall be preferred

- Must have excellent communication skill, creative thinker and multi-tasking along with analytical bent of mind who can provide analysis report to senior management.
