Senior General Manager/General Manager - Compliance Lawyer

Location : Mumbai

- Must be at least 14 years Post Qualification Education and should come from a good law school

- International exposure is a must, looking for someone from NASDAQ listed companies & the role is only open to ITES/BPO space.

- Needs to come from the BPO / ITO sector.

- Should have lead a team of lawyers / compliance professionals

- Has run a compliance program and has the ability to maintain rhythm for these programmes.

- Data Protection, Intellectual Property, obtaining collections and other regulatory licenses in Europe and US.

- It would be helpful if this person has experience in dealing with public companies, especially foreign listed.

- Hands on and not arm chair lawyering.

- Individual would working & managing the legal folks across Geo's.

- Rigorously work towards driving code of business ethics & conduct across the origination.

- Would be directly responsible for driving Compliance related training/ calendar across the organization.
