Job Description : - Liaisoning with concerned Government Authorities/statutory bodies. - Land Acquisition, Title Verification and legal Due-Diligence / scrutiny of land documents. - Obtaining necessary building permissions/approvals/NOCs etc. - Compliance of building norms throughout the lifecycle of the projects by effectively coordinating with the concerned government/statutory bodies, consultants, architects etc. - Explain regulations, policies, or procedures - Maintain data in information systems or databases - Ensure compliance with regulations - Advise others on regulatory and compliance matters - Evaluate applicable laws and regulations to determine impact on company activities - Provide technical review of data or reports - Coordinate regulatory documentation activities - Identify and interpret relevant regulatory guidelines - Must have experience in Metro City projects .
