Senior General Manager - Finance SBU - CA - Infrastructure Business (20-28 yrs)

Position : Equivalent to CGM
Experience : Minimum 20+ Years
Relevant Experience : Strategic Business / Strategic Finance Head
Division : INFRASTRUCTURE - Preferably Water/Irrigation
Key Profile:
- Set up high performing teams, defining & aligning strategic business and financial investment plans to organizational growth objectives and other related factors
- Align business and operational strategies to market dynamics by evaluating impact of long range planning, implementation of new programs, strategies and regulatory amendments
- Guide team members in preparing financial statements and generating updated reports based on statutory and operational requirements.
- Acquaint team members on various regulatory and legal requirements pertaining to day to day operations for Infra Division holding assets of INR 1000 Crores in Infrastructure sector
- Enhance safety of organizational funds by efficiently managing liquid assets, minimizing currency and interest rate exposures and maximizing returns from short term investments
- Evaluate, manage internal and external functional and organizational risks. Highlight critical business issues with potential business impact to the senior management team for effective resolution.
- Define and implement systems or procedures for maintaining accuracy in accounting information. Ensure safe custody of assets by setting up internal control safeguards aligned to regulatory standards
- Streamline accounting & budgeting processes to align financial accounting and budgeting functions to organizational strategic and management objectives
- Prepare accurate business forecasts by highlighting trend or variance analysis and other financial aspects related to organizational business activities
- Optimize working capital utilization, deployed funds and enhanced return on investments for generating adequate liquidity and cash flow
- Maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers across banking organizations in facilitating adequate credit and other financial assistance like generating funds at favorable conditions to cater to business operations.
