A leading Agrochemical organization is looking for : Designation : Sr. GM - Branding &amp; Mktg (Head) - Fertilizers Division Qualification : MBA or PGDABM from Premium Institute Location : Hyderabad Reports To : EVP - Marketing Experience : 12-18 years, - Should have had experience in developing strong brands while heading a marketing organisation&nbsp; - Should be handling Branding at Corporate level.&nbsp; - Must have done 5-6 years of hardcore brand management with top companies and handle category Job.&nbsp; - Knowledge of agriculture is an advantage. - Preferred from Fertilizers Industry Description : Sr.GM - Branding responsible to carry out the implementation of the company's SBU strategy &amp; branding at the Corporate level &amp; Marketing Divisions, and will work closely with the teams at the SBU level to ensure that implementation happens as per the strategic document and the marketing activities are embedded fully across the Marketing Divisions. The incumbent is also responsible for the Product management activities for Unique grade fertilisers, SND, SSP and Organic Fertilisers which encompass Brand building, mass media, scouting for new markets and segments, product communication, achieving the market share for the products through co-ordination with various Heads and training and motivating to Agronomist/MOs. The main thrust of this position is concept and brand building for future business growth. Responsibilities : 1. Marketing strategy : Help the Head Marketing (Fert &amp; Org Fert) to look at overall Business marketing plan developed by SBU responsibility for developing a annual marketing plan (ATL/BTL activities) for the Fertiliser SBU - for planning and market research programmes and control marketing budgets in order to develop marketing capabilities in the Business. To look at evaluating effectiveness of various marketing spents by Business Unit. 2. New Product Launch : Work with the business team right from supply chain, technical, manufacturing and logistics to develop an end to end launch plan and monitor the same in terms of progress so that the organisation develops a perfect bunch. 3. Marketing Communications : Establish marketing communication strategy for across SBUs including creating media plans, digital promotions, campaigns thru social media etc. Work closely with all the SBUs in the common areas and external agencies to get the best media deal and ensuring parameters are set to evaluate the effectiveness of communication spent. 4. Marketing Analytics : Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends and provide insights for leadership in the areas of market share, sales and pricing analysis, ROI reports on promotional investments and proactive marketing solutions. 5. Marketing Research : Identification of the Market research agencies, derive strategy based on Market research and implement action plan . This will need identification of customer needs through proper consumer insight and research. 6. Brand Management : Work with the SBUs in the common areas to develop strong brands and look at how to improve the brand equity including establishment of brand books. This will help to create strong brand equity across all the SBUs. 7. Stakeholder Management : Identifying &amp; appointment of AD agencies, Media partners for Branding &amp; Promotional activities. Managing Channels, Retailers and consumers to understand market insights.
