Senior General Manager/AVP - Credit Policy - NBFC (10-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Defining, managing, assessing, monitoring the credit policy norms.
- Defining the risk appetite and board level policies for different products.
- Create robust process flows to implement the policies in system
- Portfolio monitoring & portfolio analysis of the business.
- Closely monitor the underwriter procedures and ensuring a seamless coordination and alignment with operations, fraud control and other risk holders.
Skills Required:
- Well versed with MS Office Usage
- .Aware of the market practices of policies with respect to RBI guidelines.
Competencies:
- CA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience of minimum 10 years in the similar profile of policy formation & underwriting in the lending segment.
