Sr. General Manager - Actuarial
Fully Qualified fellow or Associate fellow as per Actuarial Society's professional certification guidelines, with a total of 13-16 years experience and at least a graduate degree
Annual Salary 75 LPA(including variable) INR
Work Location Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Role:-The role would be responsible for client relationship, team building and management along with the delivery of process goals and implementation of the business objectives.

Qualification:
- Fully Qualified fellow or Associate fellow as per Actuarial Society's professional certification guidelines, with a total of 12-15years experience and at least a graduate degree
- Proven client management, stakeholder engagement and key account management skills
- Deep understanding of the domain, business processes and off-shore business environment
- Experience in operating with European, NA or Australian clients, preferred
- Experience in independently managing accounts or units with a span of 100+ ftes, is preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual skills required
- Excellent Influencing, negotiation and crucial conversation skills required
- Proven team leadership and people management skills (ability to handle large teams)
- Flexible to work in shifts and willing to travel
- Co-ordination and program management skills
Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end operations for Actuarial Production center across modeling and reporting functions, in line with the client AFO strategy
- Manager large, multiple and diverse functional high-performing teams
- Collaborate and partner with client to achieve strategic goals through innovative, state-of-the-art and efficient solutions
- Lead client interactions on behalf of the business unit and facilitate operating units- alignment to committed service standards
- Ensure strategy, structure, staffing, skills, style and processes are synergistic with the objectives / super-ordinate goals
- Responsible for business and people metrics of the unit or functional group (tracking results, troubleshooting, managing and developing)
- Spearhead Quality, Process Excellence and Transformation initiatives for own business
- Mentor functional/department heads and reports, to achieve their development goals
- Help unit leaders actively translate WNS and client values into day to day actions and behaviours
- Empower teams to respond to business / operating issues in a timely manner
- Participate in recruitment at all senior levels to ensure a team with strong customer orientation
- Ensure all people strategies are executed in collaboration and partnership with HR and other support teams
- Build a strong governance model to engage with employees, clients and leadership
- Provide qualified inputs to leadership on diversifications/improvement/expansion projects for the account and their implementation/fruitification into projects.
